Education and Specialty
Marie-Andree Parent is a board-certfied Family Nurse Practitioner that joined the Georgia Behavioral Health Professionals group in December 2016. Marie works in both Roswell and Kennestone locations. Marie earned her Master's in Nursing from Walden University, Minneapolis, MN in 2015, and her Bachelors in Nursing from Adelphi University. Garden City, NY in 2006; graduated Cum Laude.
Prior to working in mental health, Marie was practicing in Internal Medicine and pediatric settings. Marie-Andree is a member the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Society.

Marie has been recognized as an extraordinary nurse; she received the Daisy Award for her outstanding accomplishments and nursing skills.
Adult Medical Services
Marie-Andree treats teenagers and adults up to age 65. Marie believes in treating patients with compassion and empowering them. She provides psychopharmacological treatment and supportive therapy in collaboration with her supervising physician, Dr. Jayesh Naik for patients with:
- Anxiety Disorders such as: Obsessive Compulsion, Panic, and Agoraphobia
When Marie-Andree is not practicing, she enjoys spending time with her family and working out. She also likes to travel, explore different cultures,
reflect on the human race, and understand the motive of its behavior.
